4 all of you...

You are friendly, kind and caring

Sensitive, loyal and understanding

Humorous, fun, secure and true

Always there... yes that's you.

Special, accepting, exciting and wise

Truthful and helpful, with honest blue eyes

Confiding, forgiving, cheerful and bright
Yes that's you... not one bit of spite.
You're one of a kind, different from others

Generous, charming, but not one that smothers

Optimistic, thoughtful, happy and game

But not just another... in the long chain.

Appreciative, warm and precious like gold

Our friendship won't tarnish or ever grow old

You'll always be there, I know that is true

I'll always be here... always for you.

The Miracle Of Friendship

There is a miracle called Friendship

that dwells within the heart

and you don't know how it happens

or when it even starts.

But the happiness it brings you

always gives a special lift
and you realize that Friendship
is
God's most precious gift.

- Jean Kyler McManus -

I believe in angels,

The kind that heaven sends,

I am surrounded by angels,
But I call them friends.
- Aizabel Parinas -

Standing by, All the way.
Here to help you through your day.
Holding you up,
When you are weak,
Helping you find what it is you seek.
Catching your tears,
When you cry.
Pulling you through when the tide is high.

Just being there,

Through thick and thin,

All just to say, you are my friend.

all About AlmiRa...

Howdy,
Dear BloggerZ!!
just want to introduce myself to everyone!!!

ALMIRA...

is a Gemini!!

Gemini () is the third astrological sign in the Zodiac, originating from the constellation of Gemini. In western astrology, this sign is no longer aligned with the constellation as a result of the precession of the equinoxes. In astrology, Gemini is considered a "masculine", positive (extrovert) sign. Perhaps the most dominant Geminian characteristic is versatility. It is also considered an air sign, and is one of four mutable signs.[4] Gemini has been closely associated with the planet Mercury and is considered to be ruled by it. Being the third sign of the zodiac, Gemini has been associated with the astrological third house.

Individuals born when the Sun was in this sign are considered Gemini individuals. Under the tropical (western) zodiac, the Sun is in the sign of Gemini roughly from May 21 to June 20, ending at the moment of summer solstice by definition. Under the sidereal zodiac, it is currently there roughly from June 15 to July 15. The Sanskrit name of Gemini in Hindu astrology is Mithuna.

Generally, Gemini is considered compatible with Libra, Aquarius, and Gemini itself.[5] These signs share an "airy" demeanor and are believed to relate on that merit.

me as gemini...

Being with one Gemini woman is like living with two different persons. Confused? Don't be, we are just talking about her dual personality. She has a dual nature and is capable of displaying different personality traits at different points of time. However, your major task will be to get her to commit. She is so fidgety that it becomes very difficult for her to become deeply involved with one person or place. The mind of a Gemini female never settles down at one place and her thoughts are always wandering.

However, if you do manage to blend with her at the mental, spiritual as well as physical level, you will be introduced to a woman full of passion. In her youth, she is least likely to be bounded by a relationship or commitment. She may love your most irritating habits one minute and be extremely sarcastic about your new stylish haircut the very next. Maturity may bring a little bit stability in her. All this doesn't mean that Gemini women are not romantic at all. Infact, for them, romance is the one of the easiest means of communication.

Since they always have some thoughts to express, romance never goes out of their life. However, commitment is an entirely different term. A Gemini girl may love your intelligence, but she will also notice your lack of interest in creative arts. It is same the other way round too. Puzzled? You should be, at times, even she is baffled by her own complex nature. She is so vivacious and full of life that with her, you will forget even the deepest of troubles. She has the ability to light up the most somber of surroundings with her presence.

A Gemini woman will be full of the small, sentimental gestures that keep alive the romance in a relationship. She will always find new ways of telling you how much she loves you and will shower you with her alluring charm. She may act like a typical woman at one point of time, be a nervous wreck the other minute and engage in an intelligent conversation the very next second. She has the feminine charms, but she will never be clinging on to you. One thing that you will never find in a Gemini woman's characteristics profile is monotony and boredom.

She finds something good in all the men she meets and then, wants a man who has all of those qualities. However, this can't be and then, she keeps longing for that perfect man! She can be your best friend, your sports partner, your racing competitor and your lover, all at the same time. Just remember one thing, she is single-handedly giving you all this, so don't expect consistency from her. A Gemini female can look at other guys, even when she is sincerely in love with you. Change is in her nature and she has to learn to control her own behavior. Just make sure to keep her interested in you and she will remain totally devoted.

She will never be suspicious of you and will expect the same from you in return. You may be out till 3 in the morning and she won't even bat an eyelid. A Gemini girl will always respect your individuality and you will be required to do the same. She may forget to do the dishes every now and then, but you can have the most soul-satisfying conversations with her. She will keep your intellect as well as creativity stimulated. Motherhood will come naturally to her and she will make a happy and gay mother, who will respect the individuality of the children.

Gemini woman makes an excellent hostess and will charm the guests with her grace. They will be treated to the best of cuisine, that too in silver cutlery. She can easily get along with anyone, right from your boss to the peon of your office. With a Gemini wife, you will feel as if you are with a different woman every other day. When she wants to speak, she will speak and when she wants to fly, she will fly. You don't know how she flies; just listen to her imagination and you will know. She is full of hopes, desires and dreams and you are welcome to share them. Just make sure that you are with her when she needs you!

ANGELS cried (when we said goodBye)

ANGELS CRY

Shouldn’t have walked away
I would have stayed if you’d said
We could have made
Everything ok
But we just

Throught the blame
Back and forth we treated love
Like a sport the final blow
Hit so low
I’m still on the ground

I couldn’t have prepared myself for this fall
Sheltered in pieces curled on the floor
Supernatural love conquers all
Member we used to touch the sky

And lightning don’t strike
The same place twice
When you and I
Said goodbye
I felt the angels cry

True love’s a gift
We let it drift
In a storm
Every night
I feel the angels cry

Come on babe can our love be revived
Bring it back and we gon make it right
I’m on the edge just trying to survive
As the angels cry

Living less
I'm present kind of love
Couldn’t have guessed it
Would just up
And disappear in a whirlwind

Here I am
Walking on this narrow road
Wobbling but won’t let go
Waiting for a glimpse of the suns light

I know I can stand just pull me back up
But during the hurricane its just tough
I'm willing to live and die for our love
Baby we can get back that shine

Cause lightning don’t strike
The same place twice
When you and I
Said goodbye
I felt the angels cry

Cause true love’s a gift
But we let it drift
In a storm
Every night
I feel the angels cry

Come on babe can our love be revived
Bring it back and we gon make it right
I’m on the edge just trying to survive
As the angels cry

Baby I'm missin you
Don't allow our love to lose
We gotta ride it through
I'm reachin for you (2x)

Lightning don’t strike
The same place twice
You and I
Said goodbye
Felt the angels cry

This true love’s a gift
We let it slip
In a storm
Every night
I feel the angels cry

the Mystery of The unConcious mind...

The unconscious mind might be defined as that part of the mind which gives rise to a collection of mental phenomena that manifest in a person's mind but which the person is not aware of at the time of their occurrence. These phenomena include unconscious feelings, unconscious or automatic skills, unnoticed perceptions, unconscious thoughts, unconscious habits and automatic reactions, complexes, hidden phobias and concealed desires.

sometimes... we are doing things unconsciously...
our conscious mind cannot force us to do such things, that's when the time when our unconscious mind take over.
it made us do things that has an inner motive...
things like hoping something to come back..
hoping things will be the same again..

wishing for things not to happen..
and it's usually done using subtle ways...
it's complicated huh???

special f.s. observation

This is a four-part F.S. Observation...

February 12, 2010 (Friday)
We went to Bldg. 1 to observe for the second time. Ms. Aguaviva was the intern to be observe.
Her subject was Science- V with grade V-Sped. She started
her lesson with a review. Her lesson for that day was about the temperature of the stars and how it affects their colors. The students were very enthusiastic about the said activity. They were very eager to participate. At the end of her lesson, the students were able to determine the connection of the stars' temperature and their colors.
With regards to the technology that Ms. Aguaviva used, I can say that she managed to utilized it wiht expertise. Some of the materials that she used were flashlights, boxes with holes representing the stars and its colors and others. She let the students manipulate the models and there was an interaction among the students.
Ms. Aguaviva's role was a facilitator to the activity. She let the students explore the entire activity, though she has her own time to speak and explain some things.
The experience of watching a usual classroom activity was very exciting and knowledgeable.
Some teachers taught us the two kinds of observation namely: STAR and CROSS Observation.
Mrs. Hutamares also taught us about the approach Ms. Aguaviva used. The 4a's approach stands for:
A-ctivity. This is where the teacher will give an activity to the students as a sort of motivation.
A-bstraction. In this part, the teacher will give some meanings or construct some ideas regarding their topic.
A-nalysis. This is the part where the teacher will separate ideas from another in order to have a concrete idea. The cause and effect will also be determine.
A-pplication. Lastly, this is the part where the teacher will let the students apply what they have learned.

February 16,2010 (Friday)
The principal was busy that day that's why some teachers accompanied us. We observed first the Grade II- Sped. Their adviser was not around and they were an activity. I have noticed that the students were very disciplined. They were very quiet in doing the activity and they were very focus. They don't get easily destructed with the noise and disturbances of some of their classmates. After that we went to the class of Ms. Reyes and Mr. Milliare. Both of them were very good in terms of teaching. Though Ms. Reyes had some flaws but, nonetheless, her teaching was very satisfactory. Mr. Milliare, on the other hand, has his own way of making the students be at ease with him. We have seen the he is in good terms with his pupils. He also had a lot of motivations that made the learners interested on what he was teaching.
After that, we had an evaluation with the principal. We had some fruitful conversation with her for almost an hour.
Another accomplishment was done. Thanks!

February 26, 2010 (Friday)
We don't have an observation, instead, we spent the whole day cleaning the coverd court in the Gabaldon. I think this will be our group project in the school. Since the school is complete with equipment, this is our way of thanking the whole LWES Administration for their warm welcome to us and for giving us the privilege to observe in their prestigious school. What we had was a sort of replanting.
At the end of the day, we successfully done the general cleaning. There was a big difference in the covered court. The place became lighter and wider, and the plants were arranged according to the type of the plants.
It was a JOB WELL DONE and I think the Second Year Group deserves a TAP ON THE BACK.
Thank you for your cooperation BEED II-A, II-B and II-C

March 1, 2010 (Monday)
This was our General Observation Day because it was also the General Demonstration Day of the interns. We first observed Ms. Aileen Montero. She was very prepared in terms of her visual aids, but sad to say, there were lots of flaws in her demo. She forgot some things in her lesson plan like the motivating questions and she sometimes forgot to SMILE.
Next was Mrs. Conchita Dotado. She has a very modulated voice and a cheerful face. No wonder her students love her! She managed to motivate her students and there were no flaws at all!
JOB WELL DONE for them.
In general, the interns did their very best.
We, us observers, got many tips on how to conduct a demo. Hopefully, we can use it when the time comes that we will be on their shoes!!
Thanks!
God Bless You Dear Reader!!
